How to Survive a Haunting in Rehaunted
Use the magnifier and camera correctly, break sight and survive both hunting sequences.

The camera can stun the ghost, but only after the haunting tutorial has introduced the mechanic.
What the tutorial says
- Recognize the startThe house goes quiet, other people disappear and distant footsteps or moans begin.
- Use the magnifierThe magnifying glass reveals what normal vision cannot see.
- Take the first photographThe first shot forces the ghost to manifest for a short time.
- Use later photos to stunA successful camera shot gives you a few seconds to create distance.
- Break line of sightTurn corners and choose rooms with more than one way out when possible.
- Stop and hideOnce you have escaped her view, remain hidden until the sequence ends.
Common mistakes
- Waiting in a dead-end room before revealing the ghost.
- Assuming she stays visible after losing sight of you.
- Using the ordinary flashlight instead of the magnifier to locate her.
- Taking a photo too early, before she is centered and in range.
- Running continuously after breaking line of sight and revealing your position again.
Update 05 changed the first Haunting tutorial so the game pauses while the instructions are displayed. Launch-day recordings may show the tutorial continuing under pressure.
